INOVEDS technical assistance teams, which are composed of our own staff and local and foreign experts included in our expert pool, provide extensive assistance services such as needs assessment, gap analysis, road map design, strategy development, training and dissemination activities.
It is of utmost importance for us to build a teamwork with the staff of organisations we are working together, and to use this synergy for sharing knowhow and experience during technical assistance processes. INOVEDS also prioritises taking into account concerns, ideas and strategies of all stakeholders.
